Experience

Alice is a specialist family law barrister with experience in the full spectrum of Chambers’ family law expertise, including Public Law, Private Law and Financial Remedies.

Prior to commencing pupillage Alice worked at the Court of Appeal of England and Wales as the judicial assistance to Lady Justice King and Lord Justice Moylan.

During the BPTC Alice worked as a volunteer researcher for GlobalARRK and produced and published case studies for the charity concerning Hague Convention and Leave to Remove/Relocation cases. Alice also worked as a Tribunal Support Volunteer for IPSEA (Independent Provider of Special Education Advice) providing legal advice on appeals and disability discrimination claims to the SEND Tribunal.
