Roshni is a specialist family law barrister. She accepts instructions in a wide range of family matters, including public law and complex private law children matters.

Roshni has significant experience in cases that involve allegations of serious domestic abuse and parental alienation. She has particular expertise in representing vulnerable clients.
Prior to the Bar
Prior to pupillage, Roshni worked at a leading London law firm, assisting with a busy caseload of public and private law children cases. Roshni worked on cases involving issues of domestic abuse, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, parental alienation and FGM.
Alongside studying for the BPTC, Roshni volunteered for the Personal Support Unit charity (now ‘Support Through Court’), assisting litigants-in-person navigating civil and family law proceedings.
