Update on the case of Samim Bigzad

The case of Samim Bigzad, who was removed to Afghanistan by the British Government, against several separate orders of the High Court, continues.

One Pump Court’s Stephen Knight, who has called for the Home Secretary to be held in contempt of court for the breaches, today returns to the Royal Courts of Justice to hear the SSHD’s appeal against the orders.
