EEA Rights Post Brexit

This seminar will benefit lawyers who advise on EEA free movement rights. Priya and Allan will examine the current proposals for the continued right of free movement for EEA nationals and their family members. They will examine how existing rights will be maintained; permanent residence; rights of EEA nationals and family members who have not arrived in the UK before Brexit; Appendix EU; and the status of the EEA Regulations. They will also examine the rights of British nationals to travel to and live in the EU post-Brexit.
