Immigration issues in family law proceedings: Trafficking, securing status, and entry clearance for kinship carers

In this seminar we will provide practical information and guidance on:

  • Trafficked children and family members in family proceedings, including how to identify victims of trafficking, those at risk of trafficking, and those at risk of re-trafficking or grooming;
  • Regularising status for children in care; and,
  • Applications for Entry Clearance and Leave to Remain for kinship carers outside the United Kingdom.
