Claire Physsas Priya Solanki and Rachel Francis present a trafficking update, one year since the entry into force of key sections of the Modern Slavery part of the Nationality and Borders Act 2022 on 30th January 2023.
Our barristers will guide you through: (a) challenges to negative trafficking decisions through reconsideration, the appeals process and judicial review; (b) challenges to negative reasonable grounds and conclusive grounds decisions; (c) challenges to refusal of temporary permission to stay as a victim of trafficking (“VTS”) and to refusal of discretionary leave.
